In the cemetery wall at Glemminge church, on the eastern side facing Trumlevägen, a runestone is built into the wall. Opposite is a parking lot. In the book on Scanian runestones it is stated that in the 17th century the stone was in the cemetery wall, then placed in the cemetery, moved in the 1870s to a ditch east of the church. There is no ditch, but a wall. It is probably the same place that it is now walled up again, south of the entrance to the cemetery. According to the inscription, whoever moves the stone must suffer a curse. But it doesn't seem to have had any effect.

Sven placed this stone after Toste the Sharp, his father, a very good gentleman. May it perish that breaks the heap.

The current church is from 1900, when it replaced a 12th-century church. We don't have time to visit it, besides, renovation is underway. A japanese anemone blooms between the asphalt of the street and the cemetery wall.
